Lulu Morrar
An Oakland/San Francisco native who began her journey in the beauty industry as a makeup artist at the age of 16. She has worked on photoshoots, TV shoots, and magazine editorials across the Bay Area. In 2010, she received her license as a cosmetologist and started working as a hair-stylist in San Francisco. In the hair industry, it was hard to find curly hair specialists who understand different textured hair, and even in salons who embraced textured hair, leading Lulu to make it her mission to ensure that every person sitting in her chair feels the experience of high-quality service and professional cutting and coloring, and makeup.
Lulu is inspired by the elements of the desert and water. Of Palestinian and Arab descent, and has brought her background and knowledge of Arab culture into her passion for hair, makeup, and beauty. She believes in the current moment, the beauty movement is evolving around enhancing a person's natural beauty aura and hopes to contribute to this approach. Her color philosophy pays close attention to natural skin tone matching, whether achieved through dimensional one-color process tints, sun-kissed highlights, or Dramatic Makeup.
